Skyway 24/7 Server Co-location Rates
24/7 server colocation is for customers requiring the comfort of knowing their Internet servers are accessible to them on demand. The monthly charge includes space in a secure co-location facility, a 100 Mbps Internet port and 5 static IP addresses. Power is purchased separately.
Customer supplies and manages their own switch, firewall, servers and server back up.

Our server colocate space includes a certain amount of free Internet traffic measured in either GB or Mbps depending on the customer's preference. GB billing is less expensive if your traffic is concentrated in an 8 to 10 hour period. Mbps billing is less expensive for customers whose Internet traffic is constant through a 24 hour period every day.

We charge $2 per additional GB (Each gigabyte GB is defined as 1,073,741,824 -- 2 to the 30th power -- bytes) or $100 for 100 GB. All services are negotiable based on volume and can be purchased with unlimited traffic. Call 604-482-1225 for more information.
†Additional Mbps Charges
We charge $100/month per additional prepaid, or committed, Mbps. Prepaid (committed) traffic is billed one month in advance. Uncommitted traffic is traffic above the prepaid amount and billed in arrears at an additional $20/Mbps. All services are negotiable based on volume. Call 604-482-1225 for more information.
EXAMPLE: A customer prepaying 5.0 Mbps but transferring 5.7 Mbps is charged $484.
Calculation: 5.0 - 1.0 = 4.0* $100 = $400.
Calculation: 5.7 - 5.0 = 0.7* $120 = $84.
MEASUREMENT: Internet traffic can theoretically peak to 100 Mbps port speed. 1.0 Mbps sustained for 1 month 24/7 is 320 GB. Billing is calculated based on 95th percentile obtained by measuring the maxiumum throughput every 5 minutes and discarding the highest 5%. For example, we make 8,640 measurements in a 30 day month (30 days x 24 hours x 12 measurements per hour) and discard 432 measurements (0.05 x 8,640). Billing is based on the highest remaining measurement.
